Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Scutoria, Kleinpoppen, 3902 Vitis, Österreich, kontakt@scutoria.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which the notification of your withdrawal reached us. We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction.

Expiry in the case of digital content

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal through your consent. You give this consent in the order form. Access begins immediately after payment. Status to be verified.

Withdrawal from the Premium subscription

Premium is a service. The fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract applies here too. If you ask at checkout for Premium to start immediately, and therefore before the withdrawal period ends, and then withdraw, you owe us the proportion of the price that corresponds to the part of the service provided up to the withdrawal. Cancelling at the end of the term is possible at any time in your account regardless. Status to be verified.
