01Where do I find my invoice?

After payment you receive the invoice by email to the address on your order. The price includes VAT; we do not currently issue net invoices with a VAT ID.

02Which payment methods are available?

Card, SEPA Direct Debit, EPS and Klarna, depending on what is enabled on the Stripe payment page. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription.

03How do I read the handbook?

Through the personal link in your order email, in the browser, on any device. You download the PDF through the same link.

04I no longer have the access link.

Request it again on the Access page with the email address from your order. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or write to us using the form.

05Do I get updates?

Updates within this edition appear in your online access. The PDF is renewed with your next download.

06Can I withdraw from the purchase?

For digital content the right of withdrawal expires as soon as access begins with your consent. You confirm this when ordering. Details are set out in the withdrawal instructions.

07Buying for a company?

Order with the company address and enter the invoice address on the payment page. The invoice is then issued to the company; the price includes VAT for businesses too.
