1. Provider and scope
The provider is Scutoria, Stefan Dallinger, Kleinpoppen, 3902 Vitis, Österreich. These terms apply to the purchase of digital content through this website.
2. Services

After payment you receive a personal access link for reading in the browser and for the download as a PDF. Updates within this edition are available in the online access. The guide is a digital tool: general information and not legal or tax advice. It is not a legally binding document and does not replace an examination of your individual case.
3. Conclusion of contract
By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our confirmation by email after successful payment. The language of the contract is German; the German version of these terms prevails.
4. Price and payment
The price is €49.00 (AI in the Company), €39.00 (AI Policies for the Workforce), €49.00 (What your major customer will ask of you), €39.00 (Secure without an IT department), €39.00 (Setting up Claude in your business), €39.00 (Setting up ChatGPT in your business), €49.00 (Setting up Microsoft 365 Copilot in your business), €69.00 (AI evidence kit), €69.00 (Supplier questionnaire response kit), €79.00 (AI evidence kit: law firm, tax advisory, medical practice) including VAT; for Austria that is 20 %. We do not currently issue net invoices without VAT for business customers with a VAT identification number; every buyer pays the gross price shown. Subject to confirmation. Payment is made through the payment service provider Stripe, using the payment methods offered there. You receive the invoice electronically.
5. Provision and use
Access is provided immediately after payment confirmation. The access link is personal. You may use the guide for your own business, including on several of your own devices. Passing it on, publishing it and reproducing it beyond your own use are not permitted.
6. Withdrawal
For consumers, the withdrawal instructions apply. In the case of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We obtain this consent in the order form.
7. Statutory warranty rights and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. The content is prepared with care; every figure, every deadline and every legal statement carries a source and date accessed, and open points are marked as such.
We sell digital tools. They do not replace legal, tax or technical advice in an individual case. We accept no liability for decisions you take on their basis, or for damage arising from their use, as far as this is legally permissible. Liability for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury remains mandatory; in relation to consumers, the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law remain unaffected. 8. Availability
We endeavour to keep the online access continuously available, but we do not guarantee this. The PDF is available to you regardless.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory protective provisions of the state of their habitual residence remain unaffected. Subject to confirmation.
For contracts with businesses, the place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the provider’s registered seat in Austria. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply; no agreement to their detriment is made. Subject to confirmation.
10. Account and Premium subscription
An account is free of charge and is created with the first login link you redeem. Premium is a subscription for this account: it covers keeping and comparing tool results, the tools for preparing and the premium tools (prompt builder, action plan, evidence folder, annual calendar). All free tools remain usable without an account.
Premium costs €9.00 per month with a monthly term or €79.00 per year with an annual term, in each case incl. VAT. The term begins with payment and renews for the same term unless you cancel before the end of the current term. You can cancel at any time in your account under “Manage subscription” (Stripe customer portal); the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, and Premium remains usable until then. If you delete your account, a running subscription ends immediately; no refund is made for the remaining term in that case, as far as legally permissible. Subject to confirmation.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; we inform you by email. If payment is not made, Premium ends with the end of the paid term. Your saved entries are kept until you delete them or the account, and become visible again with a new subscription.
Premium is a service, not legal, tax or technical advice. What the tools derive and suggest follows from your entries; you check it yourself. For consumers, the right of withdrawal applies as set out in the withdrawal instructions; if you ask for Premium to start immediately, you pay the proportion used up to the withdrawal. We announce price changes at least four weeks before the next renewal by email; you can cancel until then. Subject to confirmation.
